Ben Sims, Vice President of Project Management
Ben has over 13 years of experience in Project Management and has managed General Construction, Construction Management and Design Build projects. As Vice President of Project Management, Ben provides leadership, oversight and support to the company’s Project Management staff across all active projects. Ben is also responsible for the training of Project Management staff and continuous improvement as it relates to Project Management. In cooperation with the Vice President of Field Operations, Ben’s oversight ensures the success of each project from the standpoint of Safety, Quality, Schedule and Financials, according to the standards of Bailey-Harris’ overall corporate policies.
