With over 17 years of experience in commercial construction, Ben has delivered projects across all sectors and delivery types, including general contracting, construction management, and design-build. As Vice President of Project Management, Ben brings that experience to his role to provide oversight across all active projects to ensure results align with Bailey-Harris’ standards for safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance. Additionally, Ben leads all development and training for our Project Management team, maintaining alignment with the Field Management team to drive predictable, quality outcomes for our clients.
