Freddie Riggs, Preconstruction Director

Freddie has over 25 years of experience in both project management and estimating.  He is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all preconstruction activities to ensure that project estimates and scopes of work are accurately and thoroughly coordinated.  He also serves as the primary point of contact with client and architect representatives to facilitate preconstruction services.
