Richard Lovelace, Vice President of Field Operations

Richard leads our field operations with over 45 years of industry experience working as a Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Director, and Vice President. He has been with Bailey-Harris for 20 years and has managed some of the largest and most complex projects the company has undertaken.  As Vice President of Field Operations, Richard provides leadership over construction activities on all active projects.  In cooperation with the Vice President of Project Management, Richard’s oversight ensures the success of each project from the standpoint of safety, quality, schedule, and financials, keeping people the priority through every stage of every project.
