Richard Lovelace, VP of Field Operations

Richard has over 32 years of industry experience as a Superintendent, Project Manager and Project Director and has managed some of the largest and most complex projects Bailey-Harris has undertaken.  As Vice President of Field Operations, Richard provides leadership, oversight and support for the on-site construction activities of all active projects.  In cooperation with the Vice President of Project Management, Richard’s oversight ensures the success of each project from the standpoint of Safety, Quality, Schedule and Financials, according to the standards of Bailey-Harris’ overall corporate policies.
