The approach for this project was design-build. Briggs & Stratton provided baseline specifications and Bailey-Harris took it from there. Bailey-Harris them selected top notch partners for all major work categories. This project was a complete success.

The project schedule was tight from the beginning and allowed for 12 months of construction. Despite significant weather impacts early in the project, Bailey-Harris Construction Co. was able to deliver this project in time for school to begin as scheduled. In doing so, they demonstrated a high level of proficiency in project management and professionalism as they worked closely with the Owner, Owner’s Representatives, and the design team to meet the various project requirements.
