Richard Lovelace, Vice President of Training and Development

Richard brings over 45 years of industry experience working as a Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Director, and Vice President. He has been with Bailey-Harris for 20 years and has managed some of the largest and most complex projects the company has undertaken. As Vice President of Training and Development, Richard leads Bailey-Harris Academy, our internal development course designed to prepare team members for promotion to the superintendent and project manager roles.
