Russell Harris, President

Growing up in a construction family, Russell has experience in every aspect of the industry, working his way up from Carpenter to Superintendent to Project Manager to President.  Over 20 years, he has managed various projects with full responsibility for all aspects including scheduling, material deliveries, subcontractor coordination, conflict resolution and owner/architect relations.  Russell brings a wealth of real-world experience to apply to the Executive Management Team.  This knowledge, combined with strong organizational and leadership skills, is essential to the execution of the company’s strategic and operational goals.
