Scot has over 20 years of experience in healthcare construction as a superintendent and project manager. As Project Director, Scot provides leadership and oversight of multiple projects and clients simultaneously. His oversight ensures that each project’s objectives, policies, procedures and performance align with the standards of Bailey-Harris’ overall corporate policies.
