Tom Birchfield, Director of Business Development

Tom has more than 33 years of experience in the construction industry, having served in roles ranging from Intern to Superintendent to Project Director. With experience across many areas of the construction process, business development became a natural progression in his career. Today, he focuses on building lasting relationships with clients, understanding their long-term goals, and helping position Bailey-Harris to meet the evolving needs of the communities and industries we serve.
