The Retirement Systems of Alabama (RSA) is constructing a new 250,000-square-foot warehouse with an adjacent 55,500-square-foot office space to meet growing operational demands for the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board. This facility will improve efficiency, streamline distribution, and support future expansion. Retirement Systems of Alabama (RSA) will own the warehouse and lease it to the ABC Board.
