A new Chilled Water Plant to replace an aging and inadequate plant in the core of campus and to support future anticipated growth on the south side of campus. Phase 1 consists of construction of a 7,640 SF building housing two 2,500-ton chiller units and space for future expansion capacity for a third unit. Phase 2 will be demolition of the current chilled water plant. Construction is structural steel/CMU chiller plant with mezzanine level and cooling towers on rooftop.
