With limited warehouse space and a growing demand for pantry services, the Community Market needed to expand and streamline operations to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The new 15,000-square-foot facility unifies pantry, distribution, and warehouse functions while providing ample workspace for staff and volunteers to better combat hunger in the community.
