Renovation of 78 existing suites on two levels inside Jordan-Hare Stadium on the east side of the complex. Though similar in finishes, more than a dozen variations of suite layouts and sizes were included. The scope of work involved demolition and replacement of millwork, flooring, seating, plumbing, electrical and HVAC components.
