This 400,000-square-foot industrial warehouse facility will feature concrete tilt-up exterior walls and a TPO mechanically fastened roof. The building will include an 8,000-square-foot front office area on the first floor and an additional 3,000-square-feet of office space on the second floor, complete with reception, private offices, open workspaces, meeting rooms, and restrooms. Four 360-square-foot shipping offices with restrooms will support logistics operations. The facility will be fully equipped with a mechanically ventilated HVAC system, a warehouse-grade sprinkler system with freeze protection, and comprehensive electrical and lighting distribution. Sitework includes exterior curb and gutter, concrete paving, and asphalt paving to support efficient access and operations.
