The scope of the University Hall renovation project includes stabilization of the building envelope and interior renovation for the College of Continuing Studies. The existing building is a masonry and concrete structure over a crawlspace – constructed around 1938. Approximately 10,000 square feet of the eastern portion of the building is single-story structure with a steel and concrete-framed attic. The western portion of the structure, at approximately 48,000 square feet, is a three-story structure with a steel, concrete, and wood-framed attic.
