New multipurpose facility at the Von Braun Center including a music performance venue, large pre-function/dining area with kitchen and food prep facilities, rooftop bar and dining area and support spaces. 41,000 SF of new construction and 2,500 SF in renovations. Also included are tenant improvements for the Huntsville Symphony Orchestra Offices and Huntsville Police Department Bike Patrol Offices, as well as renovation of existing space within the current playhouse to serve as dressing rooms supporting the new music venue.
