Bailey-Harris is pleased to share that our company has been recognized as one of the Best Companies to Work for in Alabama. This annual program, presented by Business Alabama and Best Companies Group, highlights organizations across the state that demonstrate strong workplace practices and a commitment to their employees.

To be considered for this award, companies go through a two-part assessment. The first review looks at workplace policies, systems, and overall organizational structure. The second component (that is weighted more heavily) is an employee survey that captures team members’ experiences and perspectives. Combined results determine the final rankings, and 40 companies make the list.

Eligibility requirements for the program include having a facility in Alabama, employing at least 15 people in the state, and being in business for a minimum of one year.
