Bailey-Harris Honored with National AGC Safety Award

Bailey-Harris Construction was honored by the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) with a National AGC Safety Award, recognizing a zero Lost Time Incident Rate (LTIR) for 2025. The award reflects a full calendar year without a single work-related injury or illness that caused an employee to miss a day of work.

AGC recognizes that this level of safety performance is only possible on jobsites with a supervisor dedicated to the safety of every person on site. In light of that, the Alabama chapter of AGC created the Supervisor Safety Award to recognize the field supervisors who maintained a zero LTIR on their jobsites throughout the year.

Six Bailey-Harris superintendents were honored with the 2025 Supervisor Safety Award: Beau Newman, Coleby Roberts, Eric Studdard, Heath Whorton, Chris Winningham, and Santos Suarez.

These awards are a reflection of a company-wide commitment to People First – ensuring every professional returns to their families safely each day. Congratulations to each recipient on a well-deserved recognition!
